2. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in our services, purchasing our digital products, or acquiring physical goods, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

3. Service Categories

3.1 Professional Training Services

These include instructor-led courses, workshops, and certification programs. You may request a full refund up to 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. After the course begins, no refund will be issued; however, you may transfer your enrollment to another session within 12 months at no extra charge.

3.2 Digital Products

Our digital materials include e-books, recorded lessons, and software resources. If you have not accessed or downloaded the material, you may request a partial refund of 60% within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not available once any access is granted.

3.3 Physical Goods

Physical items such as printed manuals or merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. Customers may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back to us; shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt and inspection, a full refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

4. Extended Refund Policy

We understand that schedules change. For training services, transfers are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund or transfer. Digital products are eligible as outlined above. Physical goods follow the shipping and inspection process detailed in Section 3.3.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials and digital assets are the property of SkillMaxa and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

SkillMaxa is not liable for indirect or special damages arising from use of our services or products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait without regard to conflict principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance.
